• Monthly Breakfast Meetings with featured speakers
• Special Luncheons focused on timely topics and high-profile speakers (1-2 total)
• Annual Membership Reception (evening networking event)

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Name and/or logo recognition on:
  • Event invitations and promotional materials
     (email and/or print)
  • Event signage and/or presentation slides
  • HREC website or event listing (as applicable)
• Verbal recognition at the event by HREC leadership
• Opportunity for brief remarks (up to 3 minutes) during the event program
• Introduction of your company and services
• Option to introduce the speaker for select events (subject to HREC approval)

Additional benefits, such as reserved seating or display of marketing materials, may be available by prior arrangement with HREC.

Sponsorship Levels & Fees:

• Monthly Breakfast Meetings with Speaker–Sponsorship Fee: $500 covering 3 meetings
• Special Luncheon (Topic / Featured Speaker)–Sponsorship Fee: $1,500
• Exclusive Event Sponsor: $2,000
• Event Sponsors (multiple sponsors): $500 each

Sponsorships are subject to HREC approval. HREC reserves the right to limit the number of sponsors per event and to assign sponsors to specific events based on availability.
